Nana's brunch casserole

A traditional Christmas day breakfast recipe from my Grandmothers kitchen

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

1 hr/ 350 deg.
1 1/2 cups

homo milk

1 cup

18% cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Butter the inside of a baking dish

* Step 2

Slice the bread into cubes, add to baking dish

* Step 3

Brown the sausages in frying pan, remove, cut into 3rds. Add on top of bread

* Step 4

Wisk eggs, cream, and milk. Pour into casserole dish over cubed bread.

* Step 5

Shred the cheese, add to top of casserole.

* Step 6

Pour can of mushroom soup over casserole. Spread so it covers entire surface.

* Step 7

Keep in fridge overnight.

* Step 8

Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
