Heat oil to medium high.

* Step 2

Add corn and roll in oil frequently until browned. BE CAREFULL TO AVOID SPATTER FROM POPPING KERNELS!!!

* Step 3

Drain on paper towel.

* Step 4

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
