Papa G's Homemade Pasta Sauce
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat olive oil in large stock pot. Saute onions, bell pepper and zucchini in olive oil until soft. Add garlic when almost finished.
* Step 2
Blend tomatoes and jalapeño in small batches and add to pot. Choose your desired chunkiness.
* Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to pot, simmer uncovered for 90 minutes or until desired thickness is reached.
* Step 4
Store in fridge or can for longer storage.
