I used @Tumii Triple-cooked chips recipe for my chips.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chips: Cut the potato in to thick fries.
* Step 2
Fill a pot with water and add salt to the water. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain the water and dry the chips.
* Step 3
Heat the canola oil in a deep pan. Fry the chips for 15-25 minutes or until golden on medium heat.
* Step 4
Sausage: Just before the chips are finished add the cheese grillers into the oil with the chips.
* Step 5
Remove the chips and sausages from the oil and place on paper towel to remove the excess oil.
* Step 6
Season the chips with chip spices and slice the sausages.
* Step 7
Relish: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add the can of tomato and onion mix and cut tomatoes in a pan.
* Step 8
Chop the piquant peppers. Add to the the relish. Mix and fry for a 10 minutes. Season with salt.
* Step 9
Assemble: Slice the loaf into quarters.
* Step 10
Slice a block out of each quarter.
* Step 11
Start with a layer of cheese, then chips and atchar.
* Step 12
Add another layer of cheese, sliced sausage and relish.
* Step 13
Add the block of bread back. Press it together and eat.
