Butter chicken
I shared a butter chicken recipe before but it marinated overnight. I felt like butter chicken but less effort. So thank you for the inspiration @Monique_Malander, @Khetskinging and @aspoonfoodofyum

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Grate the fresh ginger (keep the skin on) and peeled garlic cloves.
* Step 3
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
* Step 4
Mix the garam masala, chilli powder, mustard seeds, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and fry for 3-5 minutes or until translucent.
* Step 6
Add the grated ginger, garlic and butter and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
* Step 7
Add the chicken and fry until brown.
* Step 8
Add all the spice and mix. Then add the tomato paste and fry for 3-5 minutes.
* Step 9
Add the yoghurt and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander.
