๐Ÿฆ Salted poached shrimp, only in season

Local fishmonger advices the locally caught small size shrimps now in season, and it only lasts a few weeks!!!

Ingredient

200 g

shrimps

2 table spoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Find the live, freshly caught shrimps nearby your fishmonger, only in season, November. Those shrimps are alive.

* Step 2

Put shrimps to the boiled salted water only to change its colour. Maybe 20 seconds or so. Do not too much!!!

* Step 3

Put immediately into ice cold water so as not to boiled too much

* Step 4

Simply eat it without any efforts. Some may enjoy eating with shells, too. Very sweet and full of umami flavour. Enjoy the season!!
