Healthy morning glory muffins

This is perfect for a delicious and nutritious morning breakfast or as a snack. It is packed with nutrients and flavor so enjoy!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat to 350 F

* Step 2

Spray muffin tin with oil spray

* Step 3

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt

* Step 4

Add the ground oat flour, chia seed, cranberries or raisins and chopped walnuts and stir

* Step 5

In a small bowl, mix together green yogurt, egg, honey, vanilla, grated carrots, grated apple, and chopped apples

* Step 6

Pour wet into dry ingredients and fold to moisten all the flour until just combined

* Step 7

Pour into muffin tins and garnish the top with more crushed oats and crushed walnuts(optional)

* Step 8

Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown in the sides

* Step 9

Cool in wire rack out of the tin
