Chicken & cheese empanada

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add chicken, Tomato and Sofrito to crock pot. Cook for 6 hours on low.

* Step 2

Lightly roll empanada wrappers to thin slightly.

* Step 3

Place 2 tbs cheese, 2 tbs shredded chicken (1 tbs hot sauce) in center of wrapper. Fold and crease with fork.

* Step 4

Deep fry until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on paper towel until ready to serve.
