grilled tofu sandwich with avo & Bacon

a healthier take on a sandwich

Ingredient

tofu

5 slice

bacon strips

1 large

ripe avocado

5 tbsp

soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

drain tofu, slice down the middle making 2 thick slices

* Step 2

marinate in soy sauce and siracha. or any sauce you like could be BBQ, a1 etc. for about a half hour

* Step 3

now you can get cooking heat up cast iron pan on high cook 4 strips of Bacon once cooked take out and let stand on paper towel. don't drain the Bacon juices that will help with cooking tofu.

* Step 4

while cast iron pan is hot add tofu.or any pan you may have. cast iron works the best though.

* Step 5

let that grill about 4 min on each side or until a charred grilled type look appears

* Step 6

toast up the sourdough and cut avocado & lettuce

* Step 7

you can add djon mustard and some Mayo too for liking

* Step 8

make that sandwich and enjoy a healthier way to eat with a little indulgence!
