Magic dough

This great dough can be used for a variety of foods and sweets. I made this dough from my dear friend's recipe. @cook_farvashi_63 But I forgot to take a photo of it😕

Ingredient

3 cups

flour

3 teaspoons

sourdough

1

egg

6 tablespoons

oil

1 teaspoon

salt

4 teaspoons

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour the sourdough and lukewarm milk or water (warm milk or water that does not burn your hands) and 1 teaspoon of sugar into a bowl and mix, then leave in a warm, dark place for 5-10 minutes until the sourdough works.If the sourdough does not work during this time, leave it for a few more minutes to about fifteen minutes to work.

* Step 2

Pour the eggs and the rest of the sugar, oil and salt into another bowl and mix until smooth, then mix the swelling sourdough with a few tablespoons of flour and add to the egg ingredients. Stir a little and then add the rest of the flour and knead the dough several times on the work surface to get a soft and fluffy dough. Grease the inside of the another bowl a little and put the dough in it, cover it for 2 hours until the dough swells and works.

* Step 3

If you use this dough as a food dough, you should add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt to it, and if you use it to make cookies and jams bread, you should add 2 to 5 teaspoons of sugar.
