Besan

2 tbsp

Cornflour

As per need

Salt

As per taste

Red chilli powder

1 pinch

Hing

2 tbsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate the potatoes. Squeeze them to get rid of any moisture. In a pan add the besan cornflour hing salt red chilli powder and coriander leaves.

Mix well to form a dough. Take a portion of the dough and shape it as desired.

* Step 3

Heat a non stick kadhai or tawa. Add the rosti on it. Add a few drops of oil cook till golden brown on both sides.

* Step 4

Serve with any sauce.
