Simple Lebanese Salad

A vegetable only salad that can be seasoned with either lemon juice or suman and pomegranate.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a serving salad bowl, mix the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

* Step 2

Add the Sumac, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well. Serve immediately to savour the crispy taste of the fresh vegetables.
