A very nice punchy flavour of sabut Dhaniya with fried texture gives it a perfect accomplice with your evening tea. A Superhit Recipe which is effortless and takes hardly 15 minutes time to get ready ☘️

Ingredient

Food ration :

25 Strips

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1/2 Tsp

Ginger Paste

3/4 Tsp

Salt

1/2 Tsp

Mint Powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak chana dal for minimum 3 hours in hot water.

Now drain the water from dal and transfer to a blender jar.

* Step 3

In the blender jar, add all the ingredients mentioned above -green chillies, ginger, mint powder, coriander seeds, black pepper balls.

Blend to a fine paste without water. I recommend Refrigerating this paste for atleast half an hour so that the vada shapes can be made easily. Without refrigeration also, perfect vadas are made. Refrigeration just makes the vada handling easy.

Now prepare vadas as shown.

Heat mustard oil and fry these vadas at medium high flame.

Once it cools down, cut into thin strips.

Enjoy your crispy Chatpata vada strips with a hot cup of tea!
