19b soup
19B Soup is a partial sea food soup as it contains prawns. It also has carrots, mushrooms, spring onion, chicken, and delicious sauces. It gives a burst of flavours in the mouth.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely dice the prawns, chicken, mushrooms and carrots and set aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pot and saute the garlic till aromatic.
* Step 3
Add the prawns, chicken and mushroom and fry for 2 minutes on high flame.
* Step 4
Add the sauces and water and bring to a boil. Remove the scum.
* Step 5
Add salt, sugar, chicken cubes and carrots. Mix and cook 1 minutes.
* Step 6
Add the slurry while stirring and cook desired thickness.
* Step 7
Beat the egg and slowly add to the soup. Mix only after 10 seconds.
* Step 8
Serve garnished with spring onion.
