Butter

2 tablespoons

Chopped parsley

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare bhaji for pav as per recipe.

* Step 2

Mix garlic and parsley in the butter and whisk till soft Heat a tawa and pour a spoonful of butter. Roast 2 to 4 slices of bread till crisp.

* Step 3

Then blend the Bhaji to a smooth paste. Add cheese and cheese spread. Heat on low flame till well combined and creamy.

* Step 4

Serve immediately in a fondue pot accompanied by the toasted bread slices. Garnish with Bell pepper bits and place some potato wedges on the sides. Enjoy!
