Ginger Garlic Baby Bok Choy

Bok choy is a great vegetable that is quite versatile and quick to cook. This is a simple yet tasty recipe if you want bok choy as a side dish.

Ingredient

Soy sauce

1 Tbsp

water

2 tsp

rice wine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl (garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, rice wine, brown sugar).

* Step 2

Trim any browned or wilting spots on the bok choy. Cut in half.

* Step 3

To a skillet add oil. On medium high heat add bok choy, cut side down, and cook to brown, about 2 minutes. Lower the heat to low and turn over.

* Step 4

Add sauce, mix and cover skillet. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until soft.

* Step 5

Remove bok choy to a serving dish and sprinkle some red pepper flakes for garnish. Serve and enjoy.
