So happy to post my 100th recipe!
Kids love tutti fruity packed desserts. So I made these rice and sooji pancakes and added strawberries, cherries, tutti fruity and garnished with strawberry syrup. Healthy and nutritious as they have cereal, fiber, vitamins, fruit power, all combined. They tested yummylicious! Try them out and enjoy with kids on weekend!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take a bowl. Mix curd, milk, sugar, cherry syrup or honey, 1 tsp hot melted butter and salt really well with a whisk.
* Step 2
Then gradually add in the semolina and rice flour with a whisk along with water in small portions to make a smooth and thick batter.
* Step 3
Then heat a skillet or tawa. Add soda finally, to the batter along with a spoonful of milk and gently stir. Then pour one laddlefull of batter on the tawa. Swirl to make a disc.
* Step 4
Place strawberry slices and tutti fruity bits on top. Pour melted butter on the sides. Cover and cook on low flame till bottom side is cooked and top is steamed well. Make all the pancakes in similar way.
* Step 5
To serve: Arrange in a serving plate. Garnish with more tutti fruity, strawberries, sliced cherries and drizzle with
strawberry syrup or honey as per liking. Enjoy
