( Laddoo or Bliss balls) It's a must have for people of all ages, especially new mothers, children and senior citizens to retain their calcium levels and energy dose.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
3/4 cup

Ghee or less

1 teaspoon

Cardamom powder

2 tablespoons

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a kadhai. Add both the flours and dry roast them till aromatic. Then take out in another bowl.

* Step 2

Now heat the kadhai again and add 1/2 of the ghee. Add the floors and roast for 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Then add milk and mix till the mixture turns a little light. Then add jaggery and cardamom powder and mix well till all combined and jaggery melts. Add a little more milk if mixture turns dry.

Take away from flame. Add more ghee and roll into round balls while still hot. You can use gloves if needed.

Store in a steel or glass box after cooled. Eat whenever you crave for dessert.
