Sabudana Khichdi is one of the main fasting dish from western India, which is a light and healthy meal .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take sabudana wash 3-4 times with water then add water and soaked for 5-6 hours.
* Step 2
Prepared all the ingredients
Now the sabudana absorb all water and its double in size.
Take a pan or kadhai add ghee and heat it up. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves saute 30 seconds.
* Step 3
Add ginger and crushed green chillies saute few seconds then add potato. Fry thr potatoes till they turn crisp and golden.
* Step 4
Add crushed peanuts, mixed and add sabudana.
* Step 5
Mixed well and cook for 3-4 minutes, add lemon juice,mix again and garnish with some coriander leaves. It's ready to Served.
