#diwali #cooksnap Dahi phulki is just a simple and very easy recipe usually prepared in every home at any occasion .but This is one of the most favorite and demanding recipe of my family and friends because the main speciality of this dish is that the phulki or pakoda whatever say is always soft and mouth melting.

Ingredient

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

baking soda

As Required

Water

2 cups

curd

1/2 tsp

table salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in a mixing bowl take began.add salt and some water.mix well and make a smooth lumps free running consistency batter.cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Take another bowl add curd whisk well.then add black salt,cumin powder and Chilli flakes. Mix well.add little water.keep the bowl in the fridge

* Step 3

Heat oil in a kadhai.take the batter add baking soda mix well and drop little amount of batter one by one in hot oil with a tblsp or use your hand.fry the phulki on medium to high flame.when they cooked well and turn golden remove from the oil.take one cup water in a bowl and put these phulki in a bowl of water.soaked in water just 5-6 seconds then immediately take out from water and place in a plate.prepare all phulkis likewise.

* Step 4

Now take a serving bowl place the phulki in bowl.pour the prepared curd on it.sprinkle some cumin powder and Chilli flakes on top then serve.
