Mac And veggies cheese balls

#GA4 #week10 #cheese This is tempting macroni balls with lots of cheese and veggies gives yum and mouth melting flavour. a perfect recipe for Indian style without adding potatoes this cheese balls with crispy coating melting cheese oozing through it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take two cups water in a pan and add washed macroni.add 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt.boiled it untill it becomes soft.

* Step 2

In a non-stick pan add butter when it melted turn the flame medium add 2tbsp maida mix well the add milk and mix nicely make sure that there has no lumps. When it becomes thick add chopped capsicum,carrot and green chillies,add 1/2 tsp pepper powder and little salt. mix well then added cheese and boiled macroni.mix all very well turn off the flame.transfer in a plate.keep aside to cool

* Step 3

Now to making slurry take 2 tbsp maida add remaining pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt.add water to make a running consistency batter.in a bowl take crushed corn flakes and add bread crumbs. mix together.

* Step 4

Take macaroni mixture make lemon size balls that.dip into slurry then coated with corn and crumbs mix.prepare all balls like that.

* Step 5

In a kadhai heat the oil for frying and fry all balls in batches on high flame untill golden brown then transfer in a plate and serve with ketchup
