Carrot kheer

Ingredient

1/2 litre

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add grated carrot and saute over low flame for 4-5 minutes and stirring continuously.

* Step 2

Add milk,mix well and bring it to a boil over medium flame.

* Step 3

When it starts boiling,add condensed milk and mix well.cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

* Step 4

Cook untill it starts to thicken,add cardamom powder,mix well and turn off the flame.add dry fruits and transfer in a bowl.keep in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour and serve chilled.
