Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1 cup

fine rava

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take fine rava, add salt and knead to a soft dough.

Cover with a wet cotton cloth and leave for 30 minutes.

* Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each part to a thin sheet of about 1 mm.

Cut into 1 inch ×1.5 inch pieces.

Take one piece and press on comb to make the spirals. For this take a new un-used comb.

* Step 6

Make all spirals in same manner.

Heat oil in a kadahi,deep fry all spirals on medium flame.Fry till golden.

Take out in a bowl,add chat masala and chilli powder. Mix.

Serve with tea.
