Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil arbi, cut into roundals, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, add ajwain, let it splutter.
* Step 3
Now add onion, increase the flame, stir fry it until light brown.
* Step 4
Add arbi pcs now, stir fry it for 2 minutes. In goes ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released.
* Step 5
Now add green chilli paste, haldi & dhania powder, also add salt. Mix it well. Sprinkle lil water, cook it until oil has surfaced.
* Step 6
Blend dahi & besan nicely, add in the masala. Mix it well, give a boil.
* Step 7
Add garam masala powder now, mix it well.
* Step 8
Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out & gravy becomes saucy.
* Step 9
Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania leaf & slitted green chilli.
