Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut raw mangoes into thin strips.
Sprinkle salt over the mango strips and keep for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Rinse with water.
In a bowl, add raw mango strips, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, chili powder, Pushp munimji achar masala, asafoetida. Add in mustard oil and toss all the ingredients. Store in a jar. Your instant homemade raw mango pickle is ready.
* Step 3
This instant pickle can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
