Hot Garlic Vegetable Soup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and let it turn brown.

Add all the veggies and give a good mix. Add 2-3 cups water to the pan. Give a boil. Add salt, crushed black pepper and mixed herbs.

After the stock has boiled for 5-7 minutes, add cornflour paste with continuous stirring. Let it boil for another 5 minutes. Enjoy hot
