Moong Dal Sprouts Dosa

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

We need to make a lump free batter of besan ka chilla with all the spices..We will mix in finely grinded sprouts(grinded with green chilies and ginger) with the batter.. Maintain the flowy consistency of the batter using water.

* Step 2

Add chopped coriander to the batter. Pour a ladle full of batter on the greased skillet and cook the dosa/chilla from both the sides. Serve hot with your favorite dip..

* Step 3

I have served with mint chutney and kache kairi ki chutney.
