1 cup

Curd

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

As Required

Oil

1 teaspoon

eno powder

As Per Taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl wash and soak puffed rice for 5 minutes. In another bowl mix water add sooji and let it sit for the same time.

* Step 2

In a blender add soaked murmure, sooji, and curd, and blend into a smooth paste.

* Step 3

In a bowl take out the batter and add onions, green chili, and dry masala and mix well.

* Step 4

Once everything has been mixed well, add Eno and quickly stir everything together.

* Step 5

In an appe pan, heat oil and sprinkle mustard seeds on top. Pour the appe batter into all the mould.

* Step 6

Once all the moulds are filled, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 7

Flip and cover and cook the other sides for 2 minutes too.

* Step 8

Take off the heat and Serve warm.
