Gobhi Paratha
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly heat pan and add oil, Ginger.or Green chili Further add Gobhi and cook for 3 to 4 minutes in a low flame.
* Step 2
Now add Red chilli powder, Kasuri methi mint leaves,salt and continue saute on medium flame till spices turn aromatic. Add Coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Firstly take a large bowl and add wheat flour,salt, oil and water as required and mix it well. knead a soft dough.
* Step 4
Now pinch a medium size ball dough roll and some dust wheat flour.
* Step 5
Now add prepare gobhi stuffing and take a edge and start pleating bringing to center.and rolling it with some dust wheat flour.
* Step 6
Now heat on a tawa cook for a minute.flip over and ghee or oil and cook for golden brown.
* Step 7
Serve hot With pickle or Curd.
