Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove seeds and stems and cut on half.
Broil pepers on 240C close to the grill for around 10-15 min
* Step 2
Make chease cream: combine cheeses and zest and fill in the pipebag
* Step 3
After the peppers ans cooled down fill in with the cheese and garnish with aceto reduction, raisins, rosted pinenuts and add fig jam dots.
