Popular South Indian condiment or side dish.mainly prepared for breakfast for idli ,dosa ,vada ,etc.

Ingredient

urad dal

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take blender add shredded fresh coconut,fried gram dal,chilli,garlic,salt and pour some water blend it fine paste.

Then open the mixer jar add coriander and curry leaves blend it two times and adding more water if required.

* Step 3

Now prepare the tempering by heating 2tsp oil.add in 1tsp mustard seed s,1/2tsp urad dal,2dried red chilli and few curry leaves.allow to splutter.finally pour the tempering over coconut chutney and serve with idli,dosa,etc.
