Pulao is very healthy & stomach filling option of tiffin. You can add any vegetables in it. I have added peas, potato, tomato

Cooking instructions

Chop tomato, potato

In pan add oil, rai. Add rice Saute 3-4 minutes. Add haldi mirchi powder, garam masala. Mix well

Add 2 cups boiled water. Add salt. When,it comes to boil slow the flame. Keep the lid & cook till done.
