Mash potatoes, add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and coriander leaves
* Step 2
Give tadka of oil, rai, curry leaves, haldi powder. Mix well. Make small balls.
* Step 3
Make thick batter of besan adding salt, eno.
* Step 4
Heat oil.Dip balls in besan batter & fry on slow flame.
