Pav bhaji

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pressure-cook flowers, peas tomatoes, potatoes, and Simla mirchi.

* Step 2

Mast it. In pan add oilAdd onion, garlic. Saute it. Add mirchi powder, pav bhaji masala. Saute it.

* Step 3

Add cooked veggies, and salt. Mix it,& cook for 5-10 minutes.

* Step 4

Garnish with chopped coriander, onions, and grated cheese.
