* Step 1
Heat pan and add.chicken.Letbthe chicken fat release from its skin.
* Step 2
When oil is coming out from the skin.Sautee garlic and ginger.If the oil is not enough vcan add some.Stir fry them all then add carrot,fish sauce and chayote mix it.Add one glaas water
* Step 3
Cover and simmer until the veggies are cook
