Idli burger
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a tawa and grease with oil than put idlis crisp idlis till golden brown, make sure they're crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Apply pizza sauce on each side of the idlis.
* Step 2
Boil potatoes, carrot and peas,drain water and allow them to cool
* Step 3
Take a pan,put oil in it saute onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chilli powder,garam masala, saute for couple of minutes and then let it cool.Mash the vegetables, add coriander leaves and salt to taste, mix well
* Step 4
Make tikkis they are about same sizes the idlis. Shallow fry tikkis till golden brown
* Step 5
Place the tikkis in the middle and then add onion and tomato slices sandwiching the tikkis. Idli burger ready to serve.
