Rasgulla

Ingredient

1 ltr

milk

2 cups

sugar

1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make rasgulla, first take 1 ltr milk and keep it on the gas in a pan,boil it and add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and water to it.This will break the milk which is required to make rasgulla. While running from a spoon for sometime the milk will burst in a while after a while. After a while,the chenna and water will separate, then turn off the gas

* Step 2

After doing this,take a sieve and place a cloth over it and sieve the chena. This will separately water and chena Now wash the chena with clear water to remove the soreness of the lemon.Now keep the casing cloth for sometime so that water comes out of it,when this is done,take out the dried chisel in a plate and keep it for a while. If chena is dried well than rasgulla will become good.

* Step 3

Now knead the chena when the chena is smooth and kneaded make it's shell Take care not to make the size of the balls too big.

* Step 4

To make syrup,take a vessel, put it on the gas,add water to it,add 2 cups of sugar,water,cardamom and lightly heat it and keep it for cooking

* Step 5

When the sugar syrup starts to cook, then add the spherical chena ball to it.Now cover the vessel so that the rasgulla cooks well. After sometime remove the lid and stir with a spoon and cover it for 5 mins In a short the size of rasgulla will double.
