My friend from Hong Kong has taught me how to use sesame oil, fish sauce, and soy sauce to create a delicious sauce for noodles. 🇭🇰 Mine is still no where near of her tasty noodles, but I'm learning how to cook with new flavors...! 😊 🍜

* Step 1
Prepare the veggies to be fried on a pan
* Step 2
Fry veggies, and add pork if desired. Add a splash of soy, fish sauce, sesame oil, lime and chili flakes. Taste and adjust :-)
