Steamed White Pomfret in Superior Soy Sauce
White Pomfret is very delicious and expensive too! A must have dish in a 8 course Chinese dinner.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rub some salt on the fish to marinate for 1 hour. Prepare steaming plate with some spring onions and ginger slices.
* Step 2
Steam the fish in medium heat for 12 minutes. Transfer the cooked fish to a serving plate.
* Step 3
Fry some ginger slices, garlic and spring onions till aromatic. Pour in the sauce mixture and let it boil. Pour the sauce onto the fish.
* Step 4
Place some thin sliced spring onions on top of fish. Pour some hot cooking oil on it. There will be some sizzling sound.
* Step 5
Fish is ready and serve hot.
