Lasoory (gum berry) ka achar๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’š

#superb Usually i use my dadi's traditional recipe for achar in which we use boiled lasoora but this year tried this quick and drooling recipe .Give this delicious ladoory Ka Achaar Recipe a try which is packed with flavours from the pickle masala along with mustard oil giving it the robust flavours and taste.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8-10 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 kg

lasoora

1/2 tbs

salt

8-10 cloves

garlic sliced

1 cup

vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash the lasoora and and raw mangoes remove their stems and drain properly

I always boil the mustard oil before adding in achar you can use without boiling let it cool down.

Take a wok add 1 cup mustard oil then add gum berries and raw mangoes and cook for 6 to 7 minutes then transfer in a parat/dish to cool down completely

* Step 4

Pestle half of the spices in a mortar

* Step 5

Add rest of the spices in the cooked gum berries

* Step 6

Mix properly with gentle hands

* Step 7

Transfer this mixture to the airtight jars then pour mustard oil should be dip properly

After 3 days add half cup vinegar in large container and 2 to 3 tbs in small ones and mix it. enjoyy๐Ÿ˜
