Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For rice Boil soaked rice in water with salt and olive oil Strain it Let it cool Remove in a container Add torn basil leaves to it Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice

* Step 2

For sour curd Take 1/2 cup hung curd in a bowl. Add salt,pepper and 1tso lemon juice Keep aside

* Step 3

For salsa Chop onions,tomatoes in a bowl. Add boiled sweet corn to it. Add salt, red chilli powder and pepper. Add some torn basil. Add 1 tsp lemon juice Add some chopped cilantro Keep aside

* Step 4

For vegetables In a pan add oil. Add garlic. Saute onions slightly. Add juliennes of red pepper yellow pepper and green pepper.. cook slightly so that its crispiness is maintained. Add salt & pepper Add tacos masala

* Step 5

For rajma Soak rajma overnight. Next morning boil it in water add some salt to it Remove in a container. Slightly mash it And salt chopped coriander and tacos masala to it Keep aside

* Step 6

Assembly This can be done in many different ways. I do it in the following manner In a serving bowl layer the rice first Place the rajma on one side Place the Salsa next to it

* Step 7

Place the sour curd on the other side Now place the vegetables Decorate with taco chips on all the sides
