A croissant is a buttery,flaky,viennoiserie pastry of Austrian origin,but mostly associated with France .Croissants are named for their historical crescent shape and like other viennoiseries ,are made of a layered yeast leavened dough.The dough is layered with butter,rolled and folded several times in succession,then rolled into a thin sheet,in a technique called laminating.The process results in a layered,flaky texture similar to a puff pastry.Today I made Nutella filled croissants which is so delicious it will get finished in no minute.so without wasting any time let’s head to the kitchen and made some delicious dessert on Christmas Eve

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one sheet of puff pastry dough,spread some Nutella on sheet,roll it from one corner keep aside, do all rest like same.
* Step 2
Bake in preheated microwave on 200*c for 12 minutes one side and then 5 minutes on other side. Give milk wash before starting baking of croissants.
* Step 3
Shiny,flaky and crispy Nutella croissants are ready to serve,enjoy it hot on Christmas Eve with your family and friends.😋
