Butter Paneer Masala-Tawa Garlic Naan {BPN-Garlic Naan}

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add 5 cloves, 2 pods cardamom and saute on low flame until it turns aromatic
* Step 3
Now add 2 onion, 2 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger.
* Step 4
Saute until onions shrink slightly.
* Step 5
Further add 3 tomato, 15 cashew and saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
Cover and boil for 10 minutes, or until tomato softens.
* Step 7
Cool completely and transfer to the blender and blend to smooth paste.
* Step 8
Pass the curry to the filter to get rid of seeds and skin.
* Step 9
Smooth and silky, the tomato-onion paste is ready. keep aside.
* Step 10
To make Paneer Butter Masala:-
* Step 11
Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp butter, 1 bay leaf and 1 chilli. saute until the spices turn aromatic.
* Step 12
Now add 1 onion and saute until onions turn and golden brown.
* Step 13
Keeping the flame on low, add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ¾ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ garam masala and 1 tsp salt.

Saute until the spices turn aromatic. make sure not to burn the spices.
* Step 15
Add in prepared onion tomato paste and mix well.
* Step 16
Cook until the oil separates from the masala paste.

Now add 1 cup water and mix well adjusting the consistency.

Further, add in 2 tbsp cream and mix well.

Also, add 16 cubes of paneer and mix gently
* Step 20
Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the paneer absorbs the flavour.

Add 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well.
* Step 22
Finally, enjoy paneer butter masala with roti or naan.

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 cup maida, ¼ tsp baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder and ¾ tsp salt. mix well.

Add 2 tbsp oil, ¼ cup curd and 1 tsp garlic

Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
* Step 27
Further, add water as required and knead to a smooth and soft dough.

Grease the dough with oil, cover and rest for 2 hours.

Meanwhile prepare garlic butter by mixing 3 tbsp butter, 1 tsp garlic and 2 tbsp coriander
* Step 30
After 2 hours, knead the dough slightly. to remove if any air present in the dough. pinch a ball sized dough.
* Step 31
Gently roll to oval shape using a rolling pin. make sure you do not make too thin nor thick. and also keep the size in mind. it should not be larger than your tawa size.

Grease with water over naan. make sure you coat uniformly. this helps naan to stick on tawa.

Furthermore, slowly flip over and put it on hot tawa. remember, be gentle and put the water coated side down to tawa. also do not use nonstick tawa.

Slightly press. this helps the naan to stick on to the tawa and when you flip the tawa upside down it will be intact.

Now after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown.

Also brush with some prepared garlic butter mixed with coriander leaves

Gently scrape the naan from the bottom and remove.
* Step 38
Finally, serve garlic naan hot with your favourite curry like mattar paneer.
