Ab is mein roti k tukray, left over salan, thora sa pani js sy tukry soak ho jayen,onion, tomato,salt aur red chilli powder dal k cover kar k medium flame py 5-6 mints k liye rakh dain.
* Step 4
Ab is ko plate mein nikal dain aur garam garam serve karein.Chahen to sour taste dainay k liye lemon b squeeze kar lain.
