Dahi bharay aur Chanachat ka asal maza papri ke bgair adhoora hota ha. So here is the simplest recipe of papri. 5th week entry of #WEARETOGETHER challenge (21st - 27th May)

* Step 1

Sab sy pehly ek bowl mein maida,salt aur cumin seeds aur 1 tbsp oil daal ke achi tarah mix karein.

* Step 2

Ab thora thora pani daalty jayen aur isko attay ki tarah goond lain lekin yaad rahay ke isay sakht goondna hai yani paani khula istemal nahi krna hai wrna papri achi nahi banay ge.

* Step 3

Ab isko 15 mint ke liye cover kar ke chor dain.

* Step 4

Pan mein oil garam karein.(deep fry)

* Step 5

Maiday ki choty chotay balls bana lain.

* Step 6

Ek ball lain.Isko itna patla bailen jitna bail sktay hain.Jitni patli layer hogi utni achi papri banay ge.

* Step 7

Ab is roti ko ksi b shape mein kaat lain.chahen to gol he rehnay dain.

* Step 8

Ab ek ek kar ke medium flame py deep fry krtay jayen aur golden honay par nikal ke oil chan lain.

* Step 9

Yummy Papri tyar hai. Ap isko aesy b khaa sktay hain.Lekin iska asal maza dahi bharay aur chaat ke sath he ata hai.
