Potato flower tartlets

AssalamoAlikum, these potatoes tartlets are very yummy and a nice snack 😋😍

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 to 4 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 1/2 cup

flour

6 tablespoon

soften butter

1 teaspoon

salt

3 tablespoon

cold water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large bowl add flour and then butter.Mix it with hands until the appearance is bread crumbs

* Step 2

Add salt and mix again

* Step 3

Add egg yolk and water and knead into a dough. You can increase the drops of water if you want,but don't make the dough sticky

* Step 4

Now wrap it into a cling foil and keep refrigerated for 30 minutes

* Step 5

Preheat the oven to 200C

* Step 6

Add salt, oregano and Peri Peri seasoning and mix

* Step 7

Roll the dough and make it flat

* Step 8

Cut long strips of medium size

* Step 9

Place the potato slices on its half. Fold the remaining half and fold it in the shape of a rose
