Ingredient

Food ration :

9 to 12 serving

4 tablespoon

Strawberry custard

Half cup

icing sugar

Half liter

milk

1 kg

flour

1 sachet

yeast

1 tablespoon

brown sugar

2 tablespoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bloom yeast in half cup warm water by adding 1 tablespoon brown sugar by covering it for half an hour.Knead flour with warm water and bloomed yeast.Add a bit of pink color.Cover the dough and let it rest for 3 to 4 hours until it double in size

Prepare custard meanwhile.Boil milk and then lower the heat.Add custard powder mixed in cold water by continuously stirring it

Cool the custard completely

Preheat the oven to 190C Grease a baking tray Take out the prepared dough on a slab

Roll the prepared dough to make it flat.Cut flower petals

On each petal put a all amount of custard topped with candy biscuits

Cover the petal with another one.In this way make 5 petals filled with Rafhan custard and candy biscuits

Make the center too in this way.On the top apply egg yolk as egg wash mixed in pink color

Garnish the top with chocolate chips and sprinkles along with strawberry slices and candy biscuits.
