Lobia Chicken Quorma ๐Ÿ˜‹

#winterspecial, Asalamo Alikum, mostly in winters l used to make this Quorma with red beans to give my family a full flegde and healthy meal โค๏ธ๐ŸŒนIt's full of nutrition and finger licking ๐Ÿ˜Š

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 and half cup

yogurt

1 tablespoon

garlic paste

1 tablespoon

ginger paste

1 and half cup

water

Half cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make Chicken cubes and meanwhile heat the cooking pot on medium flame

Put the sliced onions in the pot and fry them until brown in color

Remove the brown onions from the pot and in the same oil add chicken cubes, masala packet, ginger garlic paste and yogurt

Grind the onions into a paste with half cup of water

Add this paste into the yogurt mixture, cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium flame until the water is dried and oil is seen

Boil the red beans in 4 cups of water and dry this water completely so the beans are fully cooked

Mix the beans into the yogurt mixture and add 2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil, cover it and let it cook for 20 minutes on very low flame

Delicious and full of energy red lobia Quorma is ready to be served with hot chapaties and salad โ™จ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜œ
