Ingredient

Ginger/ Garlic

1 Teaspoon

Salt

1/2 Tablespoon

Red Chili

1/2 Tablespoon

Coriander

1/4 Teaspoon

Turmeric

1 tbs

Oil

1/4 Teaspoon

Garam Masala

1 tsp

Vinegar

1 Tablespoon

Soya Sauce

Sticks

Shashlik

1/2 Teaspoon

Rosemary

1 Teaspoon

Black Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon

Chinese Salt

1 glass

Water

1 cup

Rice

2 cloves

Garlic

1/2 tsp

White pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut chicken and vegetables in cubes.

* Step 2

In a bowl add chicken with garlic/ ginger and all your spices.

Marinate it for 1 hour.

Assemble the chicken and vegies in a shashlik stick

In a frying pan heat 2-3 tablespoon of oil and place your sticks. Keep turning the sides so all the sides are cooked evenly. (Do not overcook the chicken should remain tender and juicy)

Sauce: In a saucepan add ketchup, water, salt, black pepper and rosemary. cook sauce for it for 2-3 minutes.

Rice: In a pot, Add Oil and heat it,then add crushed garlic,saute 2 to 3 mins,add white part of spring onion and saute.

Then add boiled rice,salt, white pepper,soya sauce and vinegar and green part of spring onion. Serve and enjoy
