I'm a proud Canadian, so of course I love Canada Day and the chance to proclaim my love for my country. Another thing I love is this adult float. Not only because the colours are so bright and evocatively Canadian, but also because it's really, really, really super yummy. Cheers!

* Step 1
Add a couple of scoops of ice cream to a tumbler. Try to form them into nice, pretty rounds for presentation's sake. Sprinkle the strawberries on top, then pour in a little wine. Or a lot of wine, like I did. Enjoy.
